Christian was incredible to work with from start to finish. She quickly responded to our inquiry, took time to learn about our family of 13, and suggested locations that matched our vision of palm trees, white sand, and black lava rock. She even helped with restaurant ideas near our shoot and made everything fun and effortless, especially with our three little granddaughters. Elevate your session with handcrafted flower crowns (lei po‘o), classic plumeria or custom leis, and intricate designs, thoughtfully sourced from our trusted local florists and styled just for you.
Several days before our photoshoot she took the time to talk to us to get to know our family, help give us tips on choosing outfits, an ideal location, and to make sure she had a good idea of what we wanted. Christian is very outgoing, positive and bubbly… and was the absolute sweetest with our little girl. She even brought cute stuffed animals, bubbles, and music to help engage her in photos. If you feel a little shy or awkward in front of the camera not to worry. She makes you feel very comfortable, just like you’re hanging out with one of your friends.

She communicated with us so much about what to expect, outfit suggestions, and asked where we preferred to go with 3 little kids. Christian took us into the mountains near our house for a beautiful, picturesque shoot. She also brought bubbles and was amazing with my 3 girls. They absolutely adored her. Her personality is one of a kind. My husband does not enjoy taking pictures at all. He did not want to go but after it was all said and done and he saw the amazing pictures, his doubts all went away. These pictures will be hanging on our walls forever.

We knew we wanted a maternity family session that felt natural and meaningful, and from the very beginning, everything was super easy and organized. She had such creative ideas and little prompts that felt fun and never forced, which made the whole experience feel really comfortable. Once booked, we will send over a welcome guide with everything you need to know about what is ahead, along with a clear outline of the process so you always feel confident and supported. Step 01: Book & Begin
Once you’re officially on the calendar, you’ll receive access to The Planning Suite. It’s your go-to space for personalized location selection, wardrobe tips, prep guidance, and everything else you need to feel prepared.
You’ll also receive our exclusive Big Island Adventure Guide, packed with trusted local recs and HAP-only perks to help you plan an unforgettable week in Hawaii.
Step 02: Prep With Ease
We’ll meet at your location of choice and guide you through a laid-back, adventure-filled Hawaii family portrait session that’s equal parts playful and polished. We come prepared with everything from wooden toys to weather-ready extras—whatever it takes to smooth flyaways or help little ones ease into the moment. Whether you’re chasing waves or cuddling up on a blanket, it won’t feel like a photoshoot—it’ll feel like an experience worth remembering.
Step 03: The Photoshoot
Two weeks after your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery featuring 100+ beautifully edited images. This family photo gallery is yours to browse, share, and savor as you relive the moments we captured together. From this collection, you’ll be able to download the photos included in your package and purchase additional photos to ensure you walk away with the images that mean the most to you.
