Once you've booked your proposal, you'll receive a link to schedule a one-on-one call. During this call, we chat through your ideas, add-on options, logistics, and create a personalized game plan that ensures your proposal unfolds seamlessly.
What day should I surprise my partner on once we arrive?
We recommend planning your Hawaii proposal for the day after you arrive. This gives you time to rest, settle in, and avoid any accidental sunburns or unwanted tan lines. Once you've proposed, you can spend the rest of your trip enjoying being newly engaged.
What time of day is best for a Hawaii proposal?

You and your photographer will exchange photos of your outfits beforehand. We also share live location pins so you can find each other easily.
How do I keep my partner from getting suspicious?
We keep communication discreet and minimal so nothing gives the surprise away. We’ll also help you come up with a natural cover story so the moment feels completely unexpected.
Can you include a “Marry Me” sign, roses, or musicians?
Yes. We partner with trusted local vendors who handle custom displays, floral setups, and live music. Just let us know what you’re envisioning, and we’ll help coordinate everything for you.
What happens if we’re running late?
Proposals often run a little behind, and that’s completely okay. We’ve built our 60-minute package to allow extra time so there’s no rush, whether your partner takes a few extra minutes to get ready or you need time to walk to your location.
Do you offer mini sessions? We only need 30 minutes.
Our proposal packages start at 60 minutes to make sure everything has time to unfold naturally. Sometimes, travel, timing, or your partner taking a few extra minutes to get ready can shift the flow. This session length gives us the flexibility to capture the full story while keeping it relaxed.
What if it rains on the day of my proposal?
Hawaii weather can change quickly, but we always have backup plans. We’ll monitor conditions and adjust timing or location if needed to make sure you still have a beautiful experience.
Can I bring family or friends to watch the proposal?
Of course! If you’d like loved ones hidden nearby or waiting to celebrate afterward, we can coordinate the timing and placement so the surprise goes perfectly.
Do we need a permit for the location?
Some beaches and parks in Hawaii require photography permits. We’ll take care of that process for you so everything is simple and worry-free.
