Family and Friends Dreamy Sunset Portraits at the Kona Village

We loved documenting this family and friends portrait session, with two best friends and their husbands. One of the besties had the most photogenic little girl who was so natural in front of the camera. With two outfit changes per couple, we explored the Kona Village’s sceneries to capture a diverse gallery that everyone will cherish for years to come.

A family and friends photoshoot in Hawaii is a fun, unforgettable experience that combines the joy of capturing memories with the island’s stunning natural beauty. With its diverse landscapes—from black and white sand beaches and dramatic lava rocks—Hawaii provides the perfect backdrop for every type of group photo.

We loved capturing these scenes:

  1. Group Portraits

  2. Immediate Family

  3. Best Friends

  4. Couple’s Portraits

  5. Solo Child Portraits

Location: Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort

Kona Village is an exceptional location for capturing stunning photographs, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and luxurious Hawaiian charm. The resort's pristine beachfront, lush gardens, and dramatic lava rock landscapes provide a diverse array of backdrops for everything from intimate family portraits to romantic couples' shoots. The traditional thatched-roof hale (bungalows) and the crystal-clear waters of the Pacific create a unique, culturally rich setting that adds depth and authenticity to each image.
