We took this family away from the classic sandy shores and up the mountains of Kaloko, where they enjoyed a fun and playful session against the breathtaking backdrop of lush forests and misty views.

She was great at communicating what to expect, outfit suggestions, and asked where we preferred to go with our 3 little girls. Christian took us into the mountains near our house for a beautiful, picturesque shoot. She also brought bubbles and was amazing with my kids. They absolutely adored her. My husband does not enjoy taking pictures at all. He did not want to go, but after it was all said and done and he saw the amazing pictures, his doubts all went away. Take the pictures, you won’t regret it. Even the pictures with moody kids or a funny face will be a memory.

Kaloko Mauka receives a significant amount of rainfall, particularly during the winter months, which supports a rich ecosystem of native Hawaiian plants, ferns, and mosses. This environment makes the area a popular spot for eco-tourism and hiking, offering visitors a chance to explore an isolated, lush ecosystem rarely found elsewhere on the island.
