We took this young and playful couple to one of our favorite black sand beaches on the Big Island of Hawaii and explored multiple backdrops with them while they connected with each other and their surroundings.

This unique bay is known for its striking blend of black lava rock, lush greenery, and sparkling turquoise waters. The bay is home to both saltwater and freshwater ponds, with the warm, crystal-clear waters creating a perfect habitat for sea turtles, which are often spotted basking on the shore or swimming nearby. The areaโs remote and peaceful atmosphere, coupled with its incredible natural beauty, makes it an ideal spot for those seeking solitude or a nature-filled adventure.
